I highly recommend this dealership. The place is really nice, clean and welcoming. They are really great people. Caleb was our salesman ASK FOR HIM!! He is very knowledgeable, honest, friendly, kind, and respectful. We set an appointment and drove 2 hours to look at a car they had on their lot. We were greeted in the lot when we got there, and they got Caleb for us. The whole time we were there, we felt like we were important to them. They worked with us to find a car and a deal that work best for us. Jessie, in financing, is an awesome person he makes you feel like a friend. Paul, the sales manager, is very nice and does what he can to make the sale as pleasant as possible, trying to make it work for them and you. The car had to run through service and be cleaned before we could take it home as it was a used car new to their lot. They even made the process work conveniently for us. We had to call and ask some questions for our insurance, and they treated us like we were very important then as well. The ladies at the front desk are very kind as well. All around it's a great place to do business.

Sheldon was amazing! and Rachelle the finance manager was fantastic! This was our 6th car with this dealership and we couldn't be happier. Sheldon helped us figure out how to close out our lease and buy a new car with ease! And Rachelle got us out in 1 hour!!! LOVED the whole experience!

My car had 2 recalls and an oil change. I was going to drop the car off and then pick it up when it was done, My service advisor John Garcia, went back to the garage and asked if they could expedite my car, so I wouldn’t have to go all the way home and then back to pick it up. He gave me time when my car would be ready, and it was. He also had my car washed for me. John was a pleasure to work with, he was very nice and professional. The best experience I’ve had at a dealership, and this is my 5th Volkswagen vehicle! Thank you John.

This is a review for advisor David and tech 1033(sorry, don’t know who you are since all I have is that number) at the service department. I didn’t purchase my car here so I can’t really comment on the sales team. When I purchased my car in California, I feel like I was sort of tricked into getting the service package. To be fair, I didn’t really dig too deep into every expense they tacked on during the sale, I was just excited to finally get my Golf R. Oh well, it happens, so now I have 3 years of oil changes etc. Anyways, I brought my car here and during the service they discovered my water pump had gone bad. This wasn’t exactly a surprise because for the past year I have had to add antifreeze like 3 times to my car, and not just a little bit either. Also, apparently this particular year has known problems with early water pump failure. When I initially bought my car it had just run out of warranty so I figured I would be paying out of pocket for a new water pump, however this was not the case! Turns out the water pump had its own separate warranty and so the replacement was free. I also love the fact that they didn’t try to convince me to buy any b.s. that I really don’t need. From what I can tell, they seem like an honest bunch of folks. Next time I buy a car, I will definitely be buying the service package, but on purpose this time.

Jessi is the person that helped me throughout my financing process and he actually made sure that I was ok with my monthly payment. He went above and beyond just to help me out with my financial situation so I know for a fact that his there to help people financially and not just get a commission right away. I would definitely recommend him he doesn't treat you like a customer he treats you like a family member. so I will definitely recommend him and if someone deserves a promotion he should be the one!

They always take care of me. I have never had an issue with the service department or any of the workers. Even explained why I had to have an oil change soon after having had one elsewhere.

Where do I begin...well, we saw an electric car advertised by this dealership and it was in the price range we wanted to pay. My husband checked it out and one day we both went to test drive it. Don't get me wrong, our saleman was polite but the one above him started the full court press. We were interested but wanted to get financing from our credit union and said we would return with the check once all the negotiations were over. This car manager even had an employee sit in the lobby pretending that he was next in line for the car. After we had paperwork in hand and short visit to get the settled amount check in hand, the finance woman was out and some assistant in a fried egg costume took the check. When we asked for a receipt stating we paid, she had no clue what to do and the finance woman returned. Now, neither of us bothered to check if the lienhold was listed on the paperwork . Once we received the car as is, we wondered why the one tire was loosing air. A trip to a local Discount Tires proved there was a nail but the tires were not tires for an electric car but ones for a Nissan Rouge. I did mention to the salesperson the tread on the tired were worn down and he had a frightened look on his face claiming they were fine. So, we ended up a day after we purchased the car getting 4 brand new tires. Wrre the tires switched out in California or at this dealership? Who knows? Oh, we are in the fourth month trying to correct the lienholder on the title. We called the dealership to find out why it was taking so long and as we were checking the paperwork saw the credit union was not listed as lienholder. The one car manager told us to take the title, when we received it , to the credit union and sign it over to them. No, that is not the legal way to do it but when we received it we had an appointment to change it over at the DMV. The DVM was quick and very knowledgeable. Now it is a waiting game or the DMV to send the corrected paperwork to the credit union. In the end, we love the car we purchased but we will not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dealer is full of misinformation, they promote amazing deals and you walk out of there with a payment and a down payment double and triple as promised respectively.
