Absolutely the best dealership experience I've ever experienced, service writer Hugo Martinez was awesome, easy check in and kept me updated through out the repairs, hats off to the shop Forman Ben who stayed on top of the repairs in the shop, Cennnential Volkswagen is now our only repair shop.

I have significant time in the automotive business and can tell you David Lucero is a standout as a service writer. I’ve recently moved further south and Centennial VW is no longer the closest dealership to me. I don’t hesitate to travel there to have David and his team work on my car because of the confidence I have in him, that he’s earned with his exceptional work ethic, expertise and overall product knowledge.

Centennial Volkswagen has serviced my VW since arriving in Las Vegas. I have bee kept informed of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The service department and mechanics continues to do an excellent job.

Salesman was very unprofessional, talking bad about customers and other employees also he was very unknowledgeable of the vehicle being bought. Finance person was very harsh, disrespectful, and overall a very unpleasant experience. And I feel like I was taking advantage of with vehicle purchase. I will not ever go back and make sure any one asks I'll let them know hiw bad it was..

I have used this service center before. It gets the job done, but it isn't my go to place. I would prefer to go to VW in St George as there service center gives accurate times as to when the work will be done. Also they don't flag expensive work as being critical to get done, when it should just be a reminder that the work needs to be done in the future.

Had the car in twice (so far!) for a total of 5 days and the problem is still not fixed

When I came in to drop my car off, I was first in line. Then two cars pulled up behind me.
When the service department opened, the two techs walked past me and greeted the two cars behind me. They then brought them into the office to write up their services.
Meanwhile, I’m standing outside of my car looking for cameras like I’m being pranked.

Dropped our Jetta off for an oil change at 8:20 am by 11:15 we never received call. We then called to check on the status to find out they hadnt even attended to our vehicle yet. They just explained there was another vehicle with a lot of recalls that they are focused on. I dont mind that, however, when you're not given any follows up and its been almost 3 hours was poor service. I worked with Gordon and Paul. They were very helpful and patient with me. The price of my car was matched with other dealerships and they even gave me a special deal on a protection package. They answered all of my questions and made sure I got the trim I'd be 100% happy with. No regrets on my purchase.

He guided us through the process; answering questions, making suggestions, answering more questions - all the while polite and available. Jessi is the person that helped me throughout my financing process and he actually made sure that I was ok with my monthly payment. He went above and beyond just to help me out with my financial situation so I know for a fact that his there to help people financially and not just get a commission right away. I would definitely recommend him he doesn't treat you like a customer he treats you like a family member. so I will definitely recommend him and if someone deserves a promotion he should be the one!

Didn’t fix anything. Said all the noises were normal. Squeak noise from under car is normal. Rattling rear view mirror is normal. Normal to consume coolant. Replaced the rear brake pads. Miracle they didn’t say those were normal to be at 3mm after 10k miles.

The people were very nice. The service was another story. Our vehicle in under and extended warranty which they seem to have ignored. Therefore, the correct work was not done, and they attempted to charge me for work that is covered. I was very disappointed.

Excellent customer service, I have had no problems here. Estimates are always given in advance before any work is done and I’ve never felt pressured to get a service that I didn’t feel the need for. Our service tech David Lucero is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and I feel that services are never falsely recommended, and services that are performed are done correctly. Everyone’s experience is different but these have been mine. I would recommend this VW dealer to anyone needing service.
