Dave was great when I became evident I needed a loaner. He had one ready for me within two hours. My issue was not with the service but the dealers service with my extended contract. I noticed the bill he sent me originally was very close to $400 and the bill sent to my insurance company topped $600. Why such a markup for them? I would’ve liked it to be more honest.
Best service department in Las Vegas. John, Hugo, Dave and Carlos are very knowledgeable, informative and always keeping updated on the vehicle being serviced.
The staff are ok not very friendly. So far the repair has been working great. The communication for pick up of the vehicles could be way better .

Very friendly and helpful. Communicated how long the service would take and notifies me prior to it be done that it would be ready in 15 minutes.
None of the issues that I have brought my car in have been fixed. They “fixed” the light in the headliner, and now there’s something rolling around up there. Took it back for this issue along with the same rattling issue I’ve brought my car in for over 4 times now, and the trunk latch was replaced? Superb service by John Garcia, service advisor. No pressure sales on services. I came in and thought I needed a very expensive service on my VW Passat GT. John walked me through what actually needed to be checked versus the service I thought I needed. Their competitor would have let me ask for the expensive service and not told me it was only necessary if certain conditions existed. John listed the needed services and some recommended services. Quick and reliable oil change with inspection. In and out in less then an hour.
Service members were kind and helpful. They handled my car with care and great pricing.
I had an excellent experience with Centennial VW everyone from service department to sales and finance were there to assist me in anything I needed. They even were helpful and patient when I asked about the simplest questions. This is my second vehicle purchase from Centennial VW and not the last vehicle I will purchase through Centennial VW.
Salesman knew very little about the car. I had to go on YouTube and research all the questions I had about the car that they couldn’t answer. Which were all pretty basic and easy questions you would think someone selling the car would know. Zero follow up after the sale. It’s been one month I still haven’t heard a word from them. Waiting for any paperwork I was promised about my warranty and road side assistance.
I had a pretty good experience at the dealership mainly because Gian was very helpful but did not pressure me in anyway. He was great at communicating and a great person. Kudos to Gian...

Went for an oil change back in December and had to top it off several times on a car that was only a couple years old with less than 40,000 miles on it. Car kept burning oil since I left the dealership and then came back again cause my engine light came on and they told me I needed a new engine after an oil change a couple months prior.
Fast. Expedient. Friendly. good deal. If I purchase again in Vegas I would return. Billy was great.

Hugo and the technicians took super good care of me. Came in with an issue with the active cruise control, needed an oil change too. Left with that all taken care of, plus new brakes and a wash! Service was quick (way quicker than the other VW in Henderson) and they honored the vehicle service contract. Didn't even charge me for the diagnostic! Usually hate getting serviced at dealerships but they run a tight ship. Can't recommend them enough.

Carlos from the service department was friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. Explained to me what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done. Received a video inspection of my vehicle as well. Was given a loaner vehicle while VW kept my vehicle for service. Overall had a great experience. The only issue is the cost of servicing a VW. You hope and pray you aren’t being overcharged for work that is not truly needed. Had a great experience. Will definitely bring my vehicle back to Cenntenial VW.

I went in for an oil change and to have the suction jet pump recall done on my car.
One week after the service I noticed the fuel gauge was not moving, so I got in contact with the dealer and was told to bring my car back in for inspection.
They confirmed that there was an issue, but that I may need to pay for it myself. I did not agree since that issue came up after my initial service. My service writer told me he would get in contact with other departments to see if they could help.

Lack of communication, vehicle wasn’t serviced correctly multiple times, when parts were ordered updates were hard to get. I’m currently still waiting for other parts to be replaced and left multiple voicemails and still was ghosted. Terrible sales/service experience here!
The people that I worked with including Gordon Smith and Bill, don’t know his last name were wonderful as a customer. I could be a pain in the you know what but it did not deter them from treating me wonderfully and I thanked them very much for putting up with me.

I arrived at 7 appt, car didn't go back til 7:41. Unsatisfactory! Svc Mgr says that is standard operating procedure! Then why even make an appointment? I was told it was going to be an "in and out" appt.! Wrong. Makes me rethink where I'll purchase my next cars!!!

Took my Atlas in for a recall 2 weeks ago, give or take, They took off the recalled engine cover. Today I went in to have no cover replaced. I walked he checked me. He said meet me at your car, we are to get you out of here. I went to car sat my seat, he comes out snaps it into place & in less 10 minutes I am an hour early to go to my next errand is. The service was fine but I don’t know why you make an appointment and then find out when you get there that it’ll be hours later before they even look at your vehicle — I hd no idea I’d be leaving my car there on my only day off filled with errands. Please explain the process beforehand.
Got of to a ruff start but then turned it around and took care of my issues.
I went in to get my car fixed, Carlos checked me in and helped me out and he was super nice, i hope he helps me every time! The tech who fixed my car did a great job as well because my issue is fixed!
